Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


1. No Returns, Only Exchanges

We do not accept returns under any circumstances (i.e. change of mind, fit reasons, etc.). We only offer exchanges for eligible issues as listed below.


2. Eligible Exchange Conditions (within 7 days)

You may request an exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not as described.

  • The product has a size-related issue (i.e. wrong size, does not match the size chart) provided the product is otherwise intact and unused.

Requests beyond this 7-day window will not be accepted.


3. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Email us at info@fluffypawsite.com within 7 days of delivery.
b. Include in your email:

  • Order number and item(s) you want to exchange

  • Clear photographs of the product as received (showing defect, damage, or size discrepancy)

  • The original packaging (if possible)

  • Desired size for exchange (if size issue)


4. Inspection & Approval

After you submit your request, we will review the images and details. If approved, we will process and dispatch the replacement (new size or corrected item) to you.
The defective/damaged item may be requested back, or you may be asked to return it (if applicable).


5. Shipping Charges

  • For defective or misprinted products, we will cover the shipping cost for sending you the replacement.

  • For size-related exchanges, a ₹150 exchange fee will be charged.
    This fee covers a part of the shipping cost involved in sending the new product again. We bear the remaining portion of the cost to make the process smoother for you.


6. Condition for Exchange

The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item shows signs of wear or damage not attributable to a manufacturing defect.


7. Additional Notes

  • Please keep proof of delivery and the tracking number when receiving the package.

  • Unboxing videos or photos are highly recommended to help document the condition at delivery.

  • Exchanges are processed only after the original item passes inspection (if returned).

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


8. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@fluffypawsite.com
Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
